I just heard from Cece. She is on her way to Chicago now, and will be leaving for Haiti at 4:30 am!! She even thinks she'll have enough time to shave her legs, and hopefully have a drink :)

You will be like an angel to anybody that is lucky enough to be in your care. You answered the call and will truly make a difference in the lives of many. You are a real life hero!

Cece, I am so very sorry that I didn’t get to talk to you before you left. I wish you a safe journey down and back, please be careful. We are all very proud of you and as a former solider; I can tell you that you will have a new sense of pride having served the greater good. You, Fred and the boys can contact me at any time if you or they need anything. Call, or have your boys call, and let me know how things are going for you. My family and I have you in our prayers. If it were me in Haiti, I would thank God that he sent you.
